Head coach Mellmer has been with the Dickinson Wrestling Club for 20 years. Over the years, he has coached many kids (in the wrestling club feeder program) who have eventually became state highschool champions for Dickinson High School. The Mellmer family include 4 sons and one daughter with 11 high school state championships between them. This is the most for any ND family.

Coach Heppner is a Montana State Champion and also the head coach for Dickinson High School. He has been a youth coach and high school assistant coach for the last 7 years.
